STAR Tech Components

STAR Tech has three interrelated professional development components drawn from the current research on best practices in professional development. These components—The STAR Cycle, 1:1 Assistance, and Knowledge Acquisition—are in the diagram below. The STAR Cycle is the centerpiece of the program. Connected to the professional development is a leadership component called Leading inDeed. Click on the parts of the diagram or the links below it to learn more about the STAR Tech components.
